Since signing up with Arts People in 2014 we have gone from an all-cash system with no online ticketing to a very smoothly running combination of online and box office sales. Our first year, FY 2015, we had an 85% online sales and reservation rate with 60% of our sales being credit or debit cards. Ever since that first year, our online sales and reservations have continually been 85% or above with a high of 90% for Spamalot. This year we are running at 75% of our sales being credit or debit. At our Winter Board Retreat, our Board voted to eliminate reservations entirely. The result of this decision is that credit and debit sales are now exceeding 95% for our current production.”
